Ian Kissick won at WEC 2024 in Busan — the first 32-competitor championship and the first sell-out spectator event. With competitors from over 20 countries, this was the year the world truly embraced blind espresso competition.
Rising through the fiercely competitive coffee scene, Ian brought a meticulous, scientific approach to extraction that perfectly aligned with WEC's objective format. His performance in Busan remains one of the most statistically dominant in WEC history.
